GREGORY E. FLOYD

Greg was born in Kinston, North Carolina on November 28,
1976. He attended Reed
College in Portland, Oregon and received his Bachelor of
Arts degree in Economics in May 1999. While at Reed College,
Greg published a thesis entitled "Demand
Interrelationships Among Carbonated Soft Drinks for
Consumers of Varying Income Levels" - an econometric
analysis using various empirical demand models to determine
the demand elasticities of soft drinks across consumer and
soft drink categories.
Greg attended Norman
Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and
received his Juris Doctor in May 2002. While in law school,
Greg was a member of the American Bar Association, the Phi
Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and was included in "Who's
Who Among American Law School Students." Greg received
book awards in Federal Income Taxation, Insurance Law,
Family Law, Advanced Real Property, and Debtor/Creditor Law.
Greg currently serves on Campbell University's Presidential
Board of Advisors and was recognized as a Distinguished
Alumni in 2005.
Greg is licensed to practice before all North Carolina
State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Eastern
District of North Carolina, and the United States Fourth
Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the North
Carolina and American Bar Associations, the Eighth Judicial
District Bar Association, the Lenoir County Bar Association,
the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the
Association of Trail Lawyers of America.
Greg's practice is concentrated in
general civil
litigation, with an emphasis on
personal injury,
workers'
compensation, and complex business litigation.
