White & Allen, P.A. has been a leading
Eastern North Carolina law firm since its founding in 1927.
We have been solving business problems and resolving legal
issues for citizens in our region from the beginning. While
much about our firm has changed over the years, we retain
traditional values passed down through the decades. Our
reputation is built on trust.
Our range of practice areas includes our
widely-acclaimed estate planning, corporate law, tax
planning and legal work on behalf of the elderly. Skilled
assistance in the area of long-term health care and
retirement issues is a firm strength. Our firm is also
experienced in administrative law, bankruptcy law,
commercial law, criminal law, domestic law, employment
benefits, employment law, estate planning, health care law,
civil litigation, real estate and tax planning.
Our firm is known for its tradition of
public service, begun by founding partners Thomas J. White,
Jr. and William A. Allen, Jr. A genuine interest in
community service is shared by our current partners,
associates and staff. This tradition of service beyond our
practice sets us apart from many other law firms.
Our firm is proud of our region and our
headquarters city of Kinston. We also maintain offices in
Snow Hill and nearby New Bern, once a North Carolina capital
and famous for its Tryon Palace. Wherever we practice law,
we believe personal contact with our clients is essential to
success and gaining the trust that has been central to our
mission for more than 80 years.
White & Allen, P.A. warmly welcomes
two outstanding corporate additions to the business
community in Kinston and Lenoir County. Spirit AeroSystems,
Inc., headquartered in Wichita, Kan., has announced plans to
build a manufacturing facility at the N.C. Global TransPark
in Kinston. Sanderson Farms, Inc., headquartered in Laurel,
Miss. has likewise announced plans to build major processing
facilities in and around our community. White & Allen, P.A.
is delighted to have both companies coming to our city. |
