Manning Re-Elected to NCLTA Post

KINSTON, N.C.—William E. “Ned” Manning, Jr. of the White & Allen, P.A. law firm headquartered here has again been selected as the Attorney Section Representative for the North Carolina Land Title Association (NCLTA).
The NCLTA’s membership is primarily made up of title insurance underwriters, title agencies and attorneys. Re-elected as the Attorney Section Representative, Manning serves on the NCLTA Executive Committee that governs the association.
Manning, 41, has practiced law with the White & Allen firm since 2001. His practice is concentrated in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, title claims litigation, foreclosures, creditors’ rights and business law.
Manning received his undergraduate degree in business administration from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1988 and he graduated from the University’s School of Law in 1991.
Manning is certified by the North Carolina State Board of Legal Specialization as a Board Certified Specialist in real property law-residential transactions. He is a principal at White & Allen, P.A. and a member of the firm’s Real Estate Department.
The NCLTA was formed in 1977 to ensure the healthy future of the title industry and the integrity of the process of transferring real estate title to land in North Carolina.
