White & Allen Announces New Associate at the Law Firm

SNOW HILL, N.C.—White & Allen, P.A. has announced that William Lee Percise III has been named an associate at the Eastern North Carolina law firm.

A native of Goldsboro and longtime resident of Charlotte, Percise has begun the general practice of law at White & Allen’s Snow Hill office. Headquartered in Kinston, White & Allen, P.A. also maintains offices in New Bern and Goldsboro.

Percise completed his undergraduate education at East Carolina University in 2004, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing. In 2008, he received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University.

While at the Birmingham, Ala., law school, he was an Honor Court Justice and an International Law Scholar of Merit (Fall 2007).

Percise noted, “I became very interested in this part of North Carolina during my years at East Carolina. Now, I am convinced that the region has great potential for growth and is an excellent place for anyone to begin a career.”
