White & Allen Attorney Speaks at North Carolina Bar Association Seminar

NEW BERN, N.C.—John C. Bircher, III, an attorney with White & Allen, P.A., recently participated in the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) seminar, Bankruptcy for the Non-Bankruptcy Attorney in Cary, N.C.
Bircher has spoken on bankruptcy topics at several NCBA seminars across the state. His input at this most recent seminar focused on bankruptcy court jurisdiction, code and rules including identifying a debt relief agency under the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).
Bircher earned his law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. He practices in the New Bern office of White & Allen, one of the firm's four offices in Eastern North Carolina.
Bircher is a certified specialist in both consumer and business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification (ABC). He is a member of the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees of the Eastern District of North Carolina and was a panelist at the 31st Annual Bankruptcy Institute sponsored by the North Carolina Bar Association.
