White & Allen Attorney Receives Veterans Affairs Accreditation

KINSTON, N.C.—E. Wyles Johnson, Jr. an attorney with White & Allen, P.A., has received accreditation from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Johnson is now an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
The Department of Veterans Affairs requires any attorney who assists veterans in preparing, presenting and & prosecuting their claims to be accredited by the VA. The accreditation covers representation before the VA, claims procedures, basic eligibility for VA benefits, right to appeal, disability compensation, dependency and indemnity compensation, (DIC) and pension.
Johnson earned his doctor of jurisprudence degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
Johnson’s practice is concentrated in commercial law, general civil litigation, complex business litigation, construction law, and Medicaid eligibility planning. He practices in White & Allen’s Eastern North Carolina offices in Kinston, New Bern, Snow Hill and Goldsboro.
