WILLIAM E. MANNING, JR.

 Ned was born in Morehead City, North Carolina on July 18,
1966. He attended the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving his Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration Degree in 1988. Ned
graduated from the University
of North Carolina School of Law in 1991, and was
admitted to the North Carolina State Bar that year.
Ned is licensed to practice before all North Carolina
State Courts as well as the Federal District Court for the
Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. He
is a member of the American Bar Association, North Carolina
Bar Association, the Eighth Judicial District Bar
Association, and the Lenoir County Bar Association
(President, 1995). He currently serves as the attorney
representative on the Executive Committee of the North
Carolina Land Title Association.
Ned's practice is concentrated in the areas of
residential and commercial real estate,
title claims
litigation, foreclosures,
creditors' rights, and
business
law.
Ned is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Property
Law-Residential Transactions by the North Carolina State
Board of Legal Specialization.
