E. WYLES JOHNSON, JR.

Wyles was born in Petersburg, Virginia on January 22,
1956. Wyles attended Old
Dominion University, receiving his Bachelor of Science,
cum laude, in Business Administration in May 1981 and his
Masters of Business Administration in December 1982. He
attended Norman
Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University and
received his Juris Doctor in December 2001. While in law
school, Wyles was a member of the American Bar Association
and National Moot Court Team and was first place respondent
in the Intramural Moot Court Competition. He was co-founder
and president of the Olde Well Society and a member of the
Federalist Society.
Wyles is licensed to practice before all North Carolina
State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Eastern and
Middle Districts of North Carolina, and the United States
Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the
American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association,
the Eighth Judicial District Bar Association, the Lenoir
County Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of
America, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Prior to becoming associated with White & Allen,
P.A., Wyles was employed in the construction and financial
services industries.
Wyles' practice is concentrated in
commercial law,
general civil litigation and health care law.
