White & Allen attorney John C. Bircher III was a featured speaker at the National Business Institute’s Top 9 Complications in Bankruptcy continuing education course held in December 2011.
The NBI course offers veteran instruction on complicated bankruptcy scenarios and examines the best approach to handling and filing these difficult cases. Bircher spoke on the bankruptcy topics of “Estate Complications,” “Ethical Considerations,” and “Preferences and Fraudulent Transfers.”
Bircher is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University.
