From Kinston, N.C. to our Nation’s Capital, a White & Allen Attorney was sworn into the United States Supreme Court Bar on Monday, November 6th, 2023.

John P. Marshall, an attorney with White & Allen, PA, was sworn into the US
Supreme Court Bar on Monday, November 6th. His admittance will allow John to
practice before our nation’s highest court. He has been a member of the NC
State Bar since 1989 and was already admitted to practice in all courts in
NC. John has built his business and commercial litigation practice on a
foundation of hard work and trust and has represented clients all over our state.

John is no stranger to awards and recognitions. The hard work and dedication he gives
his clients and the businesses he represents have earned John recognition as a
“Super Lawyer” in the area of Business Litigation every year since 2019. He has
also been selected as Legal Elite by North Carolina Business Magazine. But, John
states, “To be admitted to the Supreme Court bar and be the guest of the Court to
observe an oral argument was one of the highlights of my career.”
