NEW ATTORNEY JOINS WHITE & ALLEN!

Eastern North Carolina Welcomes the Newest Member of the White & Allen Team

The firm is thrilled to welcome L. Peyton Hooven as the newest member of the White & Allen family. As of June 22, 2026, Peyton officially joins the firm’s Elder Law Team, where she will work alongside the experienced attorneys and staff dedicated to serving clients throughout Eastern North Carolina.

Insiders report that Peyton brings a passion for helping others, a love of learning, and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of her clients.

Before joining White & Allen, Peyton earned her law degree from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law, where she developed a passion for estate planning and Elder Law. She also competed on the Mock Trial team and received the CALI Award for Trial Advocacy.

When she isn’t helping clients, you might find Peyton exploring local coffee shops, trying new recipes, spending time with her fiancé and their three dogs, or enjoying the outdoors.
