Richard J. “Dick” Archie, has been featured in the December 2023 Real Estate Power List, published by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly. Dick’s reputation for professionalism, creativity, and devotion to his clients earned him recognition alongside lawyers from North Carolina’s major cities. Not only is Dick an outstanding lawyer, meticulous in his work for clients, but he is a generous person who serves his community humbly and a colleague that other attorneys go to for advice.

North Carolina Lawyers Weekly published the following about Dick Archie’s contributions to the area of Real Estate.

A Tarheel born and bred, Dick Archie is a native of Chapel Hill and received his bachelor’s degree and law degree from UNC. He has practiced law since 1991.

Today, Archie is an attorney at White & Allen in Kinston, where he focuses his practice on business and residential and commercial real estate. Active in the legal profession and his community, Archie is vice president of the Real Estate Lawyers Association of North Carolina and provides legal services to people in need through Downtown Kinston Legal Aid.

He is a past chair of the Real Property Section of the N.C. Bar Association. He also chairs the Caswell Center Foundation, established in 1999 to enhance the quality of life for persons at Caswell Developmental Center and in eastern North Carolina with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
