To Our Friends:

At White & Allen, P.A., our focus has and always will be the best interests of our clients and our firm’s employees. During these uncertain times surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to take a moment to assure you that White & Allen remains prepared and dedicated to servicing all of your legal needs while also acting as a prudent community partner in limiting the potential spread of any illness during the performance of our services.

Since 1927, our reputation has been “built on trust.”  In that spirit of trust and reliance, and for the safety of our clients, employees and community, portions of our team have transitioned or will be transitioning to working remotely and/or with limited face-to-face interaction with clients, each other, and other members of the public. As much as possible, we plan to utilize telephone, email, video conferencing and other alternative means of communication to stay in contact with you.

However, for our clients with ongoing needs that require in person contact (i.e., real estate closings) we are and will continue to accommodate those needs from our physical office locations but with certain precautions to limit any potential exposure to or the unintended spread of infection. These precautions include, but may not be limited to, screening questions for all visitors, hand washing and/or hand sanitizing, frequent sanitization of all common spaces, limited access to waiting areas, conference rooms and restrooms, maintaining social distances, and the elimination of all physical contact between individuals, such as handshaking. For those clients with current or future court dates and other scheduled proceedings, we will directly update you on all closings, continuances and postponements.

We maintain a carefully organized business continuity plan and are committed to providing you with the same level of first-class service you expect while we navigate through these unprecedented times together. We are prepared to continue handling your ongoing legal needs and to help you address new needs as they arise. Therefore, you should feel free to call, email, and mail us as needed. You are also welcome to communicate with us through our various social media accounts and to use our website (www.whiteandallen.com) to pay invoices as they are received.

Sincerely,

White & Allen, P.A.
