White & Allen Attorney Recertified As Specialist By North Carolina State Bar

William E. “Ned” Manning, Jr. of White & Allen, P.A. was recently recommended for recertification in Real Property Law – Residential, by the North Carolina State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. To be recertified, an attorney must demonstrate substantial involvement in the practice area, attend CLE seminars in that area and be favorably evaluated by their peers. This type of certification allows consumers to identify lawyers with experience and skill in a specific area of practice by providing relevant, truthful and reliable information.
Ned has practiced law with White & Allen, P.A. since 2001. His concentration areas are residential and commercial real estate, title claims litigation, foreclosures, creditors’ rights and business law.
Manning received his undergraduate degree in business administration from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1988 and graduated from the University’s School of Law in 1991. Ned is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts, as well as the Federal District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina. He is a member of the American Bar Association, North Carolina Bar Association, the Eighth Judicial District Bar Association and the Lenoir County Bar Association.
