In 1994, Lottie received a phone call that would change her life and shape her career. One of the firm’s founding fathers had recommended her for a position in our Word Processing Department. Honored, Lottie accepted the job and on July 14th celebrated her 30th anniversary with White & Allen.
Lottie’s approach to life is “work hard in silence, and let success be the noise.” A motto she lived for 4 years while she worked full-time and SECRETLY attended the night program at PCC to earn her Paralegal Technology Degree. As a newly licensed paralegal, Lottie transitioned to our litigation department and took on the challenge of working with those whose homes were in foreclosure. Her kindness and empathy made her perfect for the position.
Since 2018, Lottie has worked alongside Attorney Wyles Johnson and is a foundation to our Elder Law Department. Her gifts have helped guide countless clients through some of their most challenging times.

Through the decades, we have been beside Lottie through many ups and downs. The loss of her parents; who instilled in her the importance of faith and having “integrity, character, and excellence” in everything she does. We were also privileged to watch her meet and marry the love of her life, Marcus. The two share a life together that is filled with purpose and a lot of laughter.
Lottie’s humility, hard work, compassion, and kindness are part of the reputation of “trust” White & Allen, P.A. is known for. Many years ago, our firm’s managing partner recognized something special in a young lady, and today, her presence in our office is a beacon of positivity and encouragement. Congratulations to Lottie on her 30 years of making a difference in the lives of others!
