White & Allen, P.A. Expands Practice to the Greenville Area

White & Allen, P.A. is pleased to announce the expansion of our law firm to Greenville, North Carolina. The firm has located to the office space of Attorney Jeffery Foster, newly elected Superior Court judge. Two of Foster’s former employees, Christy and Carly are now employed by White & Allen. We offer our congratulations to Foster and look forward to serving both his existing clients and new clients in the Pitt County region. White & Allen, P.A. is dedicated to maintaining and expanding our capabilities and expertise across a wide range of practice areas in order to address the diverse needs of our clients.
William “Lee” Percise III will be the attorney in residence at the new White & Allen office. He has been with White & Allen for eight years and is currently in the firm’s Kinston office. Percise is a graduate of East Carolina University and the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Lee is licensed to practice before all State courts in North Carolina and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Lee is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and Litigation section, the American Bar Association, Lenoir County Bar Association and currently serves as President of the Eighth Judicial District Bar Association. He is also a volunteer judge for the Lenoir and Greene Counties Teen Court program and a graduate of the 2011 Leadership Lenoir program. Lee was selected as a member of the “20 Under 40” Class of 2013.
