White & Allen, P.A. will host “The People’s Law School 2016” covering Estate Planning and Planning for the Cost of Long Term Care on March 22, 2016 from 6:30 – 8:30  p.m. This FREE informative session will be held at the Kinston-Lenoir County Public Library and is open to the public. Attorneys Chris Henderson and Wyles Johnson will address the special needs of the aging population and their families, including information on drafting appropriate estate and tax planning documents, protecting assets and income from the high cost of nursing home care, planning for eligibility for Medicaid long-term care benefits, and planning for people with disabilities and special needs. Chris Henderson is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the N.C. State Bar. Wyles Johnson is a Board Certified Specialist in Elder Law by the N.C. State Bar and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation.
