Elizabeth was raised in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. She earned her law license in 2012 and started her practice in Kinston that same year. In 2019, she joined the real estate department at White and Allen, assisting clients across Eastern North Carolina with various residential and commercial transactions.

Elizabeth is married to Jay Falk, a fellow attorney based in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Together, they have two children and are actively involved in their community.
A strong advocate for literacy, Elizabeth supports both the local public library and her son’s elementary school library. She enjoys engaging with the community and has served on multiple boards for local organizations. In her spare time, she loves attending sporting events to cheer on her Carolina Tar Heels, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
In 2006, Elizabeth graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2009.
Upon completion of her undergraduate work, she attended Regent University School of Law and graduated in 2012.
