Elizabeth grew up in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. She obtained her law license in 2012 and began practicing in Kinston that same year. In 2019, Elizabeth joined White and Allen’s real estate department.
Elizabeth is married to Jonathan “Jay” Falk, a fellow attorney practicing in Goldsboro, NC. The two welcomed a son in July of 2018 and a daughter in August of 2023. The Falk’s are active members at Crossway Church in Goldsboro.
Elizabeth is passionate about literacy. She loves being involved in the community, as she has served on several boards for local organizations. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, reading, and time with family.
In 2006, Elizabeth graduated from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2009.
Upon completion of her undergraduate work, she attended Regent University School of Law and graduated in 2012.
