Jim was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on October 9, 1981. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and is licensed to practice before all North Carolina State Courts and the United States District Court – Eastern District of North Carolina. Jim is a Certified Financial Planner and licensed Real Estate Broker.
His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and administration, corporate law, and tax planning.
Away from his practice, Jim enjoys spending time with his family, as well as being outdoors.
Jim graduated Cum Laude from North Carolina State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He attended North Carolina Central University School of Law and received his law degree (Summa Cum Laude) in 2012.
Jim received his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation from New York University School of Law in May, 2013.
