Oliver G. Wheeler IV Named Shareholder at White & Allen, P.A.

White & Allen, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of attorney Oliver Wheeler as a Shareholder of the firm. This well-deserved recognition reflects Oliver’s outstanding contributions to the firm’s eminent domain and general litigation clients.

Oliver joined White & Allen following nearly nine years as an eminent domain attorney for the North Carolina Department of Transportation in Raleigh. During his tenure with the DOT, he gained invaluable experience handling complex eminent domain cases across the state. Now, he brings that knowledge and strategic insight to the clients of White & Allen—advocating for individuals, businesses, and property owners whose land may be taken by the government for public use.

Oliver brings this deep experience and a results-driven approach to representing clients. This unique experience and background make him an extraordinary asset to our team and the clients White & Allen serves.  Oliver’s promotion to Shareholder reflects both the results he achieves and the professionalism he brings to every case.

A New Bern native, Oliver received his degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his law degree from Campbell Law School, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
