• Special Needs Trusts
• Government Benefits Planning, (including but not limited to compliance, Assistance with overpayments, appeals, and benefit disruptions)
• Decision-Making and Support Planning, (including Guardianship when appropriate, Less restrictive alternatives when possible, Planning for the transition at age 18)
• Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives designed for individuals with disabilities
• Care and Life Planning, addressing housing, employment, education, and long-term supports
• Waiver and Services Planning, including experience with programs such as the Innovations Waiver
